Nin' Bar & Bistrot

The Nin’ Bar & Bistrot encloses the all-day offer of Villa San Martino, including the pool bar, our terraces and lounge areas, where one can stop for light lunches, aperitifs and refreshing cocktails.

The Pool Kiosk, open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., offers a selection of quick snacks and drinks to enjoy while relaxing from your chaise longue.

The Terrace from 12.30 p.m. to 2.30 p.m. offers tasty light lunches in the shade of century-old trees. An attractive proposal that combines Italian cuisine with fusion flavours. The open-air kitchen is equipped for express grilled preparations of both sea and meat, as well as delicious pastas or one-course meals.

The Bar, stretched between the indoor and outdoor lobbies, is a meeting point, a place to linger during the day, between light conversation and memories to share. The welcome is guaranteed, the service is always attentive and caring, the atmosphere is the enchanting one of the Itria Valley.
