New addition to the Villa San Martino family, the fine dining restaurant ‘Ninò’ offers modern and elegant Mediterranean cuisine, designed to provide an immersive gastronomic experience.
The affection for two great territories of the South, Apulia and Sicily, becomes the leitmotiv of our tasting itineraries, a stimulus to create new memories for the palate and at the same time a reference to old traditions, in full respect of the raw material.
A carefully designed wine selection, under the signature of Gabriele Bianchi, travels from Apulia to the entire Peninsula, before moving on to Europe and overseas among the oenological excellences of the World.
Not only wine: transversal and innovative pairings complete the Beverage proposal and stimulate guests to discover new flavours, including Kombucha, tea, fruit juices…
The partially visible kitchen will then be the highlight that will lead guests to completely immerse themselves in the Ninò experience.
Ninò fine dining is open every day except Sundays from 7.30 p.m. to 10.30 p.m.
