Trullo di Ninò
In the Trullo di Ninò, the folklore of rural Puglia takes shape in a food and wine experience that, through the recovery of raw materials and ancient recipes, cooking on the grill or in a wood-burning oven, recounts the local peasant cuisine in a philological key.
The Apulian trulli become the backdrop for a search into the culinary excellence of the territory, in a sensory journey where the colours of the Mediterranean converge with the decisive tastes of local cuisine.
